Procopio Joins CRT as a Sponsor

San Diego, CA – January 30, 2006 – The Chairmen’s RoundTable (CRT), a San Diego-based, non-profit
volunteer organization that provides gratis business advice and mentorship to local, private businesses, today
announced that Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP, the fourth largest business law firm in the region,
has signed on as a CRT sponsor.
CRT Mentors Record Number and 2006 Board is announced

San Diego, CA – January 16, 2006 – The Chairmen’s RoundTable (CRT), a San Diego-based, non-profit
volunteer organization that provides gratis business advice and mentorship to local, private businesses, today
announced that 44 client companies were engaged in the mentoring process during 2005. This is a record
number of active mentorship assignments in a single year for the organization and represents a nearly three-fold
increase over 2004.
